Peter Yard put together a pretty neat telecoms demo for the recent webinars. This showed mobile masts, network coverage and customers. What was also quite neat is he could hook the address search up to a telephone number database. Therefore a user could enter a telephone number into the search box to find the customer. Useful for customer services wanting to establish service levels for a specific telephone number.
